100% pure vanilla powder from Madagascar’s SAVA region – no sugar, starch or additives. Nothing but whole, ground Bourbon vanilla beans (Vanilla planifolia), sun-dried and gently ground to a fine powder. With 1.7% vanillin content, its aroma is exceptionally intense: warm and floral, with notes of caramel and cocoa. Ideal for pâtisserie, creams, ice cream and baking.
