Vanilla Powder

Our Bourbon vanilla comes from the SAVA region in north-eastern Madagascar – the world’s most renowned growing area for Vanilla planifolia. The beans are hand-pollinated by local smallholder farmers, traditionally sun-dried and then ground into a fine vanilla powder.
