Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping abroad is currently not possible.

Orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 54.90 or more. For orders under CHF 54.90, a shipping fee of CHF 8.00 applies.

Every order is vacuum-sealed and securely packed in shipping boxes or padded envelopes to ensure perfect quality on delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after order confirmation. This is a non-binding guideline. Express shipping is currently not available.

World of Vanilla accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by Swiss Post or other third parties.

Benefit and risk pass to the customer when the goods are handed over to Swiss Post, insofar as permitted by law. If a parcel is lost or damaged by Swiss Post, please contact us immediately at info@worldofvanilla.ch.
