Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging (vacuum pack or sealed jar). For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be taken back unless there is a product defect.

To register a return, please email us first at info@worldofvanilla.ch. Returns should be sent to: World of Vanilla, Vertrieb von Vanilleprodukten, Inh. M. Backes, Bauherrenstrasse 11, 8049 Zurich, Switzerland. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels that have not been registered in advance.

You bear the cost of return shipping, except for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, let us know by email at info@worldofvanilla.ch within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price – you don’t need to send anything back. We appreciate a short explanation so we can keep improving.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days – we will send a replacement or refund the purchase price.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, or processed your guarantee request, you will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear.
